User Profile Page

Overview

The User Profile page of the Experience Browser offers insight into the customer as they interact with the Omnichannel Personalization content on the retailer's site.

The Experience Browser offers retailers a quick look into performance without having to go to the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard.

The Experience Browser is not the Dashboard, so its functionality is limited.

On the Experience Browser menu, select the User Profile option to look at customer statistics.
